https://www.blendswap.com/blend/4458 Built off of this female base mesh by cgcookie. Not 100% sure how all the licensing works for these uploads but if no issues you can use this to sculpt or retopo and texture it for a character.
For a few seconds of fun you can click one of the center poles with six edges in the center of the hexagons, select similar by connecting edges and scale them up and down for an interesting but useless effect. Then with those selected invert selection and toy with the scale. ;P
