BLEND SWAP VERSION 5 NEWS

A little news about Version 5 of Blend Swap also why using fake emails will eventually be your downfall. Here is a snippet from the July Newsletter. This is also a good reason to check out the newsletter and give it a quick glance when it comes out.

An Early Warning: 

You should all know that when Version 5 finally arrives, you'll be required to reset your password, because the encryption directive is different, so your old password will not work any more, because of this you must make sure that the email you've registered on the site is a valid one. If you have not used a valid email you will not get the password reset encrypted link. Also make sure to add us to your trusted emails list, so our emails don't end up in your spam folder.

Jonathan and I are well aware that there are people on the site that use fake emails, have multiple accounts and try to abuse the system, luckily for them there is not a lot we can do. It's also not a big concern to us, just be aware that if you are not using a proper email you don't receive emails about your blends being published, them becoming staff picks, them being rejected. You won't get personal message notifications or comment and profile notifications either and once we know that an email doesn't work, we take no further steps to notify the owner of the email. Just an FYI.

So ya, there ya go. Version 5 is coming along nicely, ton's of awesome new features, better UI/UX, better ways to connect to other artist and to showcase your work. Jonathan has really outdone himself on this one, and we both hope you guys/girls really like it. There will be more coming in the next couple months.
