Bottle of olive oil and vinegar, garlic and herbs. Blender 2.66, cycles and lots of Photoshop.

All textures are there except environment texture, so go into world tab and put in some environment texture and you are good to go. Result is slightly different as I have heavily modified it with photoshop.
