Written February 17, 2012I just updated the model to work with 2.62, but apparently the mesh was somehow messed up and didn't appear to work in 2.49 either, which is what it was built with initially, if you download it again it will work.

Edited April 30, 2012Amazing work. I can only hope that someday i understand how to use blender and get those results. Not likely though, i can't even draw a stick figure, but have some fun trying. Thank for sharing this and great job.

Another thanks for posting this great backpack.
When I attempt to render an image from it, I get a checkerboard pattern on the leather and the blanket appears as gray instead of the quilt style. Has anyone found a way to render this in the Blender renderer to look similar to the nice textured depiction in the Blender 3D view? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am using Blender 2.61.
