This little knight is designed specifically for 2D platformer games
I was inspired by the original "Donkey Kong Country" for the Super Nintendo and vidjogamer's "Eight-Bit Blending" work flow when I designed him.
I built this in an (old) 2.63 freestyle build. You'll need to pick up some kind of freestyle build in order to render the outlines
I used an "uniformpruning_zsort" module for line rendering, and it gave a pretty good result however, you'll notice some pixels are missing on some edges sometimes. For your convenience I've rendered the animations and manually edited the frames so they'll be ready to drop into your favorite game engine! You can download those here:
