  Unzip the .zip file, Place .xml file in Blender installation directory - under: \scripts\presets\interface theme

  I have the same problem as ^ RedfrogGames, and I get the same problem for most of the other themes downloaded. Can someone help us with this? Here are the errors I get when trying to change to the theme:

  Also, I have tried to do what BigMouse said "It's not a part of the theme, you can set it in 'User Preferences' > 'System' > Change 'Window Draw Method' to 'Triple Buffer' then turn on 'region Overlap'." on another page. I couldn't find "region Overlap" to turn on, but I managed to change "Window Draw Method" to "Triple Buffer". Still no change though. Still the same look.

  Your version of Blender is too old, The Overlap feature is available only on Blender 2.64 and higher, but I don't know why all the background colors are grey..

  seriously, how do you read the text ? it should be way brighter, FOR ME. My iris's shut way down looking at the surrounding Black and dark blue, so that the text is too dim to read easily. FOR ME.

  Well, you don't have to use it then... :) I made this theme after staring at Blender's UI for about 15 hours of non-stop working, it was 5 O'clock in the morning. After that, EVERYTHING is too bright...
