  Im not sure what im doning wrong. Your render dont look like mine render, even if i dont change the file.

  I tried to change some stuff,because i didnt like the much glossy and the galls behind the TV wall. So i did some lightning, texture changes and added some displacement maps to couch,Floor and wall. after some minutes i got that

  but the light didnt look well so i changed it a little bit more and got this

  but i dont get the shadows look good.

  i hope you can understand my english and my issue. It would be very cool if you answer. ;D

  Looks nice, but from your picture I believe you had not beveled edges on some parts like the the stairs and others. This add realism and helps a lot with lighting.
