  Unzip the file you downloaded. From the user preferences -> themes. Look for the button "Install new theme" at the bottom of the window, click it browse for the downloaded file, select it and you're done, you can then select it from the themes drop down.

  It rocks. Very good on my eyes. Those hardcore modelers that did the original theme must have a super contrast amplifier in their eyes, which I don't. This theme rescued me.

  Now it's my default theme.

  Will we see any updates in future?

  For example, I like how Graph Theme is growing, but I'm too tired of dark themes.

  There is no good light theme for now! This is the only one! And it is great! Keep going! Don't stop!
