I modeled this staircase to be incorporated into a house of 2 story, open-plan design. It incorporates some bookshelf type storage and cupboards on the reverse side. The goal was to be functional, making good use of space, while also aesthetically pleasing.
It looks awesome, and I love the shelf idea, but when I tried to use it my computer completely froze in a way it's never done before and took forever for me to get it back. I've never had it do that before. I retried it a couple times, and I can't even get it to open. Thought you might want to know in case there's something wrong with the way it was uploaded or something
Sorry Satu Kiyoshi. I just tried it myself and didn't have any problems. The only thing I can think of is that the texture on the cupboard doors uses a "brick texture" node, which I think was only added in Blender 2.64 r50384. If you open it with an earlier version and it tries to display textures, I can imagine it might cause it to crash. Are you using a recent Blender release?
