Description:

This is a 40 tooth circular saw blade with "carbide tips". The blade shape was done in Inkscape (took me three tries) and the .svg file imported into blender. The carbide tips were added (took several tries there, for such a simple shape, it was hard to get it to where the faces of the tool geometry would render the quads right, and even this one isn't perfect).

At some point I want to attempt to make a power saw to go with the blade set it up to "cut" a board, using particles to generate sawdust and a shape key to have the board actually be "cut".

    Ehi raga! A Roma mi è capitata una clip di Gates of Olympus con tumble a catena e ho provato 100 spin a puntata bassa, intervallati da mini-pause “espresso e respiro”, italianissimo. L’avvio è stato piatto, stavo per staccare e invece un 100x ha rialzato l’andamento. Mi sono imposto di non aumentare lo stake dopo il colpo: meglio proteggere il bankroll. Nel mezzo ho segnato tra i preferiti spinogambino per ripetere la griglia domani. Ho spento quando ho raggiunto il target e mi sono fatto una passeggiata al Colosseo.
