A collection of most of the more popular types of ammunition. Not 100% accurate, but it's accurate enough to escape all but the closest scrutiny and the most knowledgeable experts. There are fairly simple Cycles textures that come with this.

Written November 14, 2012When you upload a blend you should have the camera set to obtain the same result as the one you show in the render, but other than that, great work.

Written October 07, 2013Ammo isn't all that hard to make. Just use start with a cylinder, extrude and scale with wild abandon, apply a level 2 or 3 subsurf, and repair the hard edges. Done.
It's a matter of personal preference, but I create the bullet, cartridge, and primer as separate cylinders for ease of material assignment. Mini tutorial, done! Sorry it's so late.
