.. choose the female child settings and you'll get exactly your child figure .. same topology and proportions .. it is odd that you don't even know about it ..

seems that you have lots of idea about this things, rather than making it.why not make your own model using your makehuman and post it on blender that would be fun.

I'd recommend you give makehuman.org a try. It works well with blender, and now has blender format for export. It is also open source, and upgrades regularily, just like blender.
