(some details and internals of rocket and launcher is not included, due to different law issues in different countries – real weapon made by this model will not work)

    It really exist in many countries, especially when you are sharing informations about weapons of mass destruction and explosives. But only vital informations are restricted. It is the same case like plans for atomic bomb can be found in every physics book, but nobody can use it to build one :)
