A set of 30 crown mouldings and 5 cove mouldings. Each one has a 12" (30.5 cm) section that you can scale to any length, and four smaller pieces for each of the different corner miters. Scale is 1 BU = 1m, and everything is the correct size for the scale; you only need to scale for length. If you want extra realism, most mouldings come in 8' lengths, so if you need any longer pieces you should make a seam. The center point of each piece is the corner so you can snap the mouldings to walls and ceiling easily.
Sorry, the screenshot is rather lame but I didn't know how best to present these.
p.s. This was downright tedious, so I hope someone can make use of these! ;)
Thanks, Timzy, glad to hear! I just uploaded another blend of base mouldings and wainscoting...check it out when it gets posted!
Thank you for your effort Sizzler. A great help and much appreciated.
These are amazing but I don’t understand how to use the small pieces you have for the angles. Even if you butt them up they don’t angle correctly. What am I doing wrong?
Sorry, I haven't logged into this site for a while. I just tried them and they work fine - the ones labeled as "inside miter" fit together on the slanted side and they are for the interior corners of a room. The ones labeled "outside miter" are for an outside corner, like wrapped around a column for example. To use these, you should ONLY need to rotate in the Z-axis and then just line up the corners in X and Y.
Thanks. This will be a big time saver for me.
