This is the model used at the beginning of the Female Head Texturing series at the end of round 5. Also is the retopologized head that will be used as an example in the next installment.
Great Model, Something I notices, was that parts of your teeth normals are fliped wrong. To fix it just select all and hit ctr n. good modeling, keep it up!

I would try getting the anatomy of the ear a bit closer to a generic human ear shape. Nice work.
