Here is my 45 ACP Smith and Wesson Model for Cycles and the BGE

no I do not use windows xp, just because my windows look like XD I'm using Windows 7 and am happy with it. But maybe I'll change my operating system to Ubuntu because i don't like the style of Windows 8.

Windows 10 is released at the end of this year and it is windows 7 with a bit of windows 8.1. It is a big improvement.

I am having trouble rendering this in cycles due to the fact that the materials don't show up. How do i use the image map to texture the gun? I am sure i am missing something simple but if you could point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks in advance.

try once again to load the textures in. maybe it works then, but I'm not sure, it may be that there is a bug is with your graphics card for me and many others it does in the render.
