Written February 10, 2023Nope - that's the Palace of Westminster. The tower on the left is the Victoria Tower. The tower on the right that you have shown clad in scaffolding and protective tarpaulin is the Clock Tower, recently renamed the Elizabeth Tower in 2012. Big Ben is largest and heaviest of the 5 Bells within the Elizabeth Tower.
