This is a rigged model of Pharah from Overwatch made for Blender 3.0 The model comes with a poses library (over 700 poses and facial expressions), bodymorph (with clothes support), Overwatch 2 armor, multiple outfits, various hairdos and a custom UI.

UPDATE 5.3 (JAN 2nd) This update comes with colors selector for all the outfit items, outfit presets selector, performance and quality of life improvements and more.

The head is from the game, body from DAZ, the rig is MHX. So it's far from made from scratch

Well damn, looks like we got a file size increase at some point. Last time I was active on here the maximum file size was like 85mb or something. That's amazing that they upped it.
