Compositor Nodes 3dbb Holtzman Shield
Here are my Holtzman-Shield-01 compositor node.
Holtzman-Shield-01. It creates a random glitchy offset effect. You can change the offset amount, color and blur.
The more accurate your characters are keyed or masked the better the effect is.
Echoes are randomized per frame.
