This is a basic knight rig. The sword controls the hands. More options are the under bone-contraints tabs for the L.HandIK and R.handIK

Apologies for the naive question, how do you switch between IK and FK so they can hold and let go off the sword?
Thanks for the like. I updated the file to allow you to set the Copy-location and Copy-rotation of the L.HandIK and R.HandIK to allow the knight to let go of the sword. Sorry for the unoptimization
