Description:
The preferred weapon on the Confederate Army in the beginning of the Civil War, the Enfield Rifle was popular because of it’s iron sights which varied in range, in between 100 - 700+ yards. Over time, as with all the muzzle - loaders, it was eventually superceded by breech - loading guns.
