I liked Nadeblunts Vintage light so much I textured it in Substance Painter. Now that it is UV Unwrapped and vertex painted, anyone with Substance Painter can re-texture it by re-exporting it as FBX from blender. Added volume light(volumetric) to fake the ray from the spot, Filmic colormgmt, bloom. Change the Viewport Shading to Render to see the light ray in Eevee real-time. Cheers
