This is a side project; I've wanted to have a go at modelling a microphone of this nature for a while and see how I could replicate it.
Alas on the whole, I don't think it's come out too bad!
It is rigged for simple posing; the base have a swivel and tilt and the pop filter moves. As per my previous models, there's also the viewport only rig as well. I've left it in a basic pose but if you want to start from scratch, just select all bones and reset locations to 0 (Alt + G).
I have disabled the 'Mic Mesh Wireframed' modifier in the viewport for the sake of performance but can be enabled by changing the allocated switch. Additionally, the 'Mic Mesh Density' is effectively the subsurf of the wire-mesh; each 0.01 unit equals 1 viewport increment up to and including the rendered amount. Enable at your own risk.
