Description:

Hello Character rig, seperate simple rig for tophat and umbrella. Cycles render, 2.79 Ward Kimball was the original designer of the character that inspired this, for Walt Disney of course. Their are jacket lower lapel tweaks, collar tweaks, and scarf tweaks. Also a eyeball pupil scale driver. I took the last file posted, added a prop accessory, and animated character demo. Also I replaced compositor render layer with input image thumbnail. Is set to render thumbnail, for proper view of demo set render resolution dimension 1920x1080, in the VSE. Also in the NLA are the Action strips. Have fun, cheers
