here a fast scene with some test of parallax shader inside blender 2.8 it's not a POM shader like unreal engine, but it's a good start ;) we need a real node inside blender ! it's possible and awesome stuff ! only 9 step ! a beautiful parallax used 32 or 64 steps ;)
