Description:

This file includes a level-nine Sierpinski Gasket, made with 262,144 tetrahedrons. I have stacked them up to a level-eleven, which consists of 4,194,304 tetrahedrons. Never tried stacking four of them to make a level-twelve, but you're welcome to give it a go. Feel free to use this for any purpose you would like.
