Here's an old model that I did a while ago for a old scene. Texture maps in 1024x1024, 2048x2048 and 4096x4096, textured in Substance Painter.
All the preview images were rendered in cycles.
Old scene: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/wd0PZ The version used on the scene uses other textures, but still, it's just a demonstration.
Oh yes, now I just saw that I forgot to update the node setup for the materials. I'll be updating the blend file and reuploading it here, sorry for the incovenience.
I like it. It looks like a good fit for use in my "Top-Wide House" project: https://www.deviantart.com/luqu/gallery/78410685
If I ever make a render with that table I'll post a link to it here.
I re-made it and made a chair to go with it. Blender users can import them from the .obj format. But here's my download link: https://www.deviantart.com/luqu/art/Table-And-Chairs-Dining-Top-Wide-Eskelite-V1-895643440
There are huge texture files included in this, but they aren't all connected. The materials have most of their image nodes unassigned, and that includes the environment texture, so it mostly renders as purple. If I manually select what could be the proper unused texture files to the various node settings, and add my own environment texture, then I can get a non-purple render, but I can't get what your preview picture shows.
