press space bar to see the amazing default cube (red variant ) teleport from one teleporter to the other.
Either the thumbnail is misleading or I'm doing something wrong.
The cube turns grey when the game engine starts, the image looks kinda fuzzy, and when I try the teleporter... It's a nice effect on the base, but the cube itself just fades away. It doesn't dissolve from top to bottom like in the thumbnail.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that I tried this in 2.79 and 2.78, but the latter was an experimental build I had lying around.
a. are you sure your in glsl mode?
b. I noted a bug in the logic with floating point math and swapped the frame effect to a int instead

What do you mean by glsl mode? Do you mean the material mode under viewport shading?
I tried that and it didn't change. I also noticed that it's pretty laggy compared to the video.
