Description:

My first female character made from ground up. My primary goal was to not fall into the uncanny valley. I planned to use it but it turned out less interesting than I anticipated.

Feel free to use it for any game or animation project of yours or just get inspired by my real-time shaders. If you do find it useful, let me know. :)

    Thanks. I think there's some interesting technical aspects. But both facial and body anatomy is all wrong. My next project should be a lot better.

    I love it and i don't want to download it until i ask you for more characters and will you volunteer to be head character modeler/developer in an animation idea I have for YouTube I just need low poly freestyle rendered characters with full face details rig optional. I will give you credit and links to your work and if you want to use me as an online reference you can it will be publicly documented. only if you reply before i get someone else. you are very talented no cap! now you might ask why don't I just make it myself but I'm just an animator lol looking for a modeler.

    I'm learning about anatomy right now, both facial and skeletal. My future characters should be a lot better / look way less uncanny. I think the shaders on this one are still valuable though.

    I use the word "uncanny" rather liberally. Some people use it to refer to things that are 99% photo-realistic but something feels off. I think even cartoon characters can feel "off" like something about them is anatomically wrong, or the texture or shading doesn't make sense etc.

    I think this girl looks really uncanny on a whole. Can't really pinpoint what's wrong with her. That's why i decided to abandon her and start all over.

    Yep I painted, overlayed and baked all the textures... (Except for the fabric detail texturing)
