Description:

If you want to get it for the 'Internal' engine follow this link:

->The construction The logo is made of 3 pieces. They are all singe objects:

  • The orange Piece (Outer) No Parent
  • The white Piece (Middle) Parent: Orange Piece
  • And the blue Piece (Inner) Parent: White Piece

They are all parented together. Dragging the orange piece will drag the whole blender-logo. If you dont want, that the logo is made with 3 objects, then you can select all pieces and press [ctrl + J] then it should be melted into 1 object.

-> Easy effects I added 2 easy effects, which you easily can activate. For activating them you need to go into the node editor. There should be 4 nodes:

  • Gradient Texture (Node Group)
  • Diffuse BSDF
  • Glossy Effect (Node Group)
  • And a Material Output

For activating them you need to connect the node points with the indicated node points. Example: Gradient Texture's '-Color (Color)' needs to be connected with the 'Color' point from the 'Diffuse BSDF' node. Make sure you have selected the material/piece you want to activate the effects.

I hope this little tutorial was helpful. I tried to do the project so professional as possible. The project is CCZero, so you can use it everywhere you want to, without giving me credits or something like that. I hope you will have a lot fun with it.

Sorry if there are some spelling mistakes. (I would like, if you would write them into the comments :) thx Englisch isn't my mother tongue.

Working with Blender models can be tricky, especially after a long day of experimenting with parenting and object merges. I recently took a short break and came across tonyspins. I tried a few spins and noticed they even offer some bonuses for players from Canada. At first, I lost a few rounds, but after risking a slightly bigger bet, I finally hit a solid win. That quick pause really helped me relax before getting back to adjusting the Blender logo pieces and testing object parenting.
