This is procedural earth material.
The terrain shape and cloud shape are divided. So you can easily tweak or change the shape.
Also the shader is simple. You can change the shader.

For close-up work I'd split this into a sphere and a slightly larger atmosphere.
I think 'Facing' layer weight works better than 'Fresnel' also I'd change the Translucent shader to an Emission shader.
