Ever wanted to see the pixels on your shiny new phone model? Now you can, with this shader for Cycles. There are two node groups you can use: Pentile or RGB. All you have to do is tie a UV map and a display image to the input, set the resolution and the fade distances, then tie the output to an Emission node. Boom, display done. When you move closer, the pixels will fade in; when you move away, they'll fade away (to avoid ugly color glitches).
