Layer 1: The main components of the model. Layer 2: Additional details and greeble that you may not want in every shot, so I've separated it onto a different layer to make it easier to hide if not necessary. Layer 3: Lighting etc for the example render. Layer 4: Rig for posing and animation. Shapes for rig are hidden on layer 10.
At present frame 1 has the rig in a start state, with frame 250 being the pose seen the example render, and frame 251 being a reverse shot. I'd recommend clearing all the key frames before importing the model into your own scenes.
Please note: I've included rig controls to allow the feet to roll latterly, but it's best to avoid using them as the connectors on the inside of the leg will not follow them properly, they're really only there for tiny adjustments.
