Creates a 3D-View UI slider to control a shape key.
UPGRADED TO BLENDER 2.8
All you need to do is select your mesh, select the shapekey, press Shift+A and select Armature > Shapekey Slider Driver.

Edited February 08, 2016Very true. As of now the only real functionality is the one driver-one shapekey thing. I'm hoping that at some point in the future I can extend the add-on to allow several shapekeys to one driver.
I actually thought about it but as of now I can't seem find a way to do selection on two or more shapekeys at a time. It's one, all or none. If anything maybe I can just have the creation of the slider and leave it up to the user to make the connection to the shapekey and set up the driver.
I'll think about it some more. I'll keep you posted.
