Description:

FOREWARD - These weather machines are at the edge of the streets. They provide cold in the hottest days of the summer and warm in case of extreme cold. At the moment, it provides rain for a warm and dry day.

TECHNICAL COMPONENTS - usage of skin modifier - usage of particle for rain (with a simple water drop object) - image correction & distortion with nodes - a strange sky background set
