Wanted to practice some textureing and wound up with a cool character design. So i made and rigged this guy.

It is a nice looking model. The only thing I don't like about it very much is the glossiness on the bones. I'm not sure how much time you took on the textures, or whether or not you wanted it to be realistic, but that's really the only bad part. Nice model. :)
Thats the only texture that i didnt put alot of time on. I was doing this model for more metal and leathery texture study.
Might upload a newer version with a better bone tex because i kinda didnt like it as much but i felt it was okay.
Yeah all of the other textures do look pretty good. I was just wondering, did you put bump maps on the textures? Or are they just flat textures?
Mostly, i really wanted to try to paint as much of the "bumps" into the colour. Just to make me paimt the forms better.
I really like your model, but I have one question. I cannot select the shield or axe to move/delete them. How can I make them be able to be moved?
Hey mikethelegend , You can find controls for the axe/shield on Bone layer 3. there is no custom shape to them.
