This is another text effect, which I made in Blender. It looks as if the text has been craved out from a wooden block or plank. It was very easy, and you can also create it by following the tutorial which I made for this.     You also could just use a bump map to do the effect and keep a good topology.

    Yes I did try with a bump map, but it didn't look as good as this one.... :)
