    I'm having some difficulty moving these materials and other materials to other projects. How is one supposed to transfer over materials? I try to use append, except the material turns blank and says something about no nodes available...

    Hi, Ovicior. Don't know if you already resolved your problem with this materials. I haven't had problem working with them. I proceed as usual. I mean: appending the blend, material, and choosing the wanted one. Once this done, select the object you want the material to be applied on, go to the right panel and select the material icon. Scrolling down the material list, you'll find the one you wish. Remember to select Cycles Render. Hope it helps.
