This creation is a combination of two tutorials: One by Peter Drakulic and the other by Andrew Price. The Good Year texture is from Andrew Price. I do not know if this texture is public domain. But I assume it is not. So please do not use it or ask before using it in your own creations.

The ground is a texture from cgtextures.com. There are better ones for a scene like this. ;)

I do not know if "Good Year" tires are good tires. I am not promoting them nor do I get money from them for this piece of work.
