Includes one arm chair and one regular chair. The cushion on the chairs fits both arm chair and regular chair. The chairs each have 3 material slots - vertical and horizontal UV un-wrapped, and Material.001 - a generic material for the cutout areas. The table has an additional material slot for the table top. All seams are marked for any additional unwrapping you may like to do. The cushion uses material leather_brown_new_268 from the most excelent blend by elbrujodelatribu - Muchas gracias!:
