Hello, this is my next Blend for my first outdoor scene (look at my pavilion). I call it the "golden roses palace". The textures are from me. The ornaments on the roof-gables are emiter (for a night scene). There are no interieurs in it because the file size would be to great. Feel free to extend this palace with your own interieur like curtains or lights or something else. The file has about 2 million verteces and 1.6 million faces. Because there a lot of modifier (like arrays and subsurfaces), the cycle renderer needs about a half hour to initialize all of them. The render time (with 1500 samlpes) is about 2 hours by me with 8 CPU-Kernels (picture size 1920x1200 pixels). But with 200 samples the rendered picture is ok, too. I hope you habe enjoy with it. Written April 10, 2021I just downloaded it, but I'm having a slight problem with seeing the walls. They are not there at all. I am probably just missing something, but could you explain this? I am only an amateur, so I would appreciate some help.

Written April 12, 2021Hello Samiamian,for the hole palace I used so called "modifiers". This modifiers works if you render the scene. But you can switch onb the modifiers to see their work in the 3D-Viewer. If you don't know how modifiers work it is the best to see corresponding tutorials f.e. on Youtube.
Without looking into your blend, just at first sight, I could say this is a magnificent work. Congratulations and a wonderful New Year 2014.
