This is a new version of www.blendswap.com/blends/view/66340.
By the time of uploading the first version, I was starting to work with Blender and that's the reason the blend got fat (very fat). Well may be this new one is not so detailed but in reward the file is more than 50% smaller.
The building is empty. Rendered with Cycles and textures packed. Regards.
I remember this model the first time round, when I downloaded it to inspect it.
On a side-by-side visual comparison I still prefer 66340 to 71089, because of the detail in the balconies in 66340 and because I think the vertical green strips in 71089 are too wide.
However, the file size of this one is more appealing and If I had not seen the original I would not have remarked upon the green strips, as this one is very nice :-)
... although I haven't downloaded it (yet).
