Description:

This is a pack of 25 textured minecraft characters. It also has 35 weapons/tools and items. The original rig is from the blend Sayincraft and teacher! by Sayincraft. Most of the textures are from the minecraft millenaire mod, except for a few other skins, including my own minecraft skin Tha_Cheeze. I hope you like it and put it to good use.

    The models are pretty good, but i cant understand, why this minecraft models are so popular? there are tons of better things to madels rather than a few cubes with lots of pixelated textures

    For the game itself as a whole, not for a few models, i played it, and still replay dungeon keeper 1, i dont care about graphics, but somehow this seems like a waste

    LMAO, So true! I keep wondering about this. Maybe "We", those of us who never played the game are missing something. I'm curious to know the age of the people doing this.

    @Danimal

    You may be interested to learn that an intern by the name of Joseph Braybrook has used the Ordnance Survey's OS OpenData products to create a 22 billion block representation of Britain in Minecraft.

    This was quite an exercise in handling large datasets and will have done his career good. I quote: "This is a good demonstration of taking one set of data and using another engine to examine and render it. Has all sorts of positive uses."

    It was reported today in The Register: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2013/09/24/how_big_is_blighty_22_beelion_minecraft_blocks/

    And is fully explained here: http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/innovate/developers/minecraft-map-britain.html

    Click on the mesh, then use the shape keys. You can move the eyes, mouth, eyebrows etc. You can change the value of the shape key, then press i over it.

    You shouldn't watch any before the Lego animations, they're just humiliatingly bad tests.

    Hey, I looked at your videos and they are pretty nice. I liked the parkour one the most, especially with the camera angles. My problem with animating is that I don't use the best camera shots. Keep on making them, cause they look good.

    Thanks. I got some news, though. MyCraft, won't be released. I jumped into a pool only knowing how to doggy paddle (Metaphor). I couldn't finish it. The teaser, is all I got. I'm working on a Fighting animation now, and I couldn't use your rig. too unfamiliar. I could maybe later, but for now I'm more familiar with the VMComix rig. I'm still going to give credit to you, because I'm going to use the weapons and terrain in your blend. Hopefully.

    just my computer and the file dosen't work on here?

    I would think its your computer because its uploaded correctly and as long as you have the right blender application for your computer, you will be able to open all .blends

    Sure, use it for whatever you want. Just make sure you credit it somehow. I'll be happy to see people using it.

    No, sorry. There's tons of other users on blend swap that have modelled minecraft characters with fingers though.
