Over 7 million verts - don't even consider opening this on a medium or lower-end rig!
Mine locked up for about 15-20 minutes. As far as I could tell everything looked okay.
So I shut it down again quickly. Most materials were named, meshes generally not named.
Model looked pretty good but I couldn't get a really good look.
You don't have to apply all of the modifiers, would save on download size too.
Just a suggestion!
