What can I say, it's an oil lamp. The image above took one hour to render on dual GTX980. You can speed it up a lot by disabling the volume metric object (child of lamp empty) To append it to your scene, use group OilLamp. There are two area lamps that are used to create reflections in the top glass but are on a separate render layer to prevent them reflecting in the lamp base. These are not included in the group.
Render is beautiful!!
