Description:

Update 2.0, I have made several improvements to the topology, then I added a simple rig with IK. Furthermore I have given her a new hair style plus I reengineered the skin shader. Hope I got it right this time cause I'm not so great when it comes to texturing. She looks much better now.

Sorry for the poor quality render. I had little choice but to reduce the samples cause my computer is terribly slow at rendering.

Happy rendering!

This Girl Freaks me out! There is something about her left eye and her neck. But good job! Since the subject here is the textures i have to say mission accomplished.

Yeah I have a nasty habit of making long necks which is easy enough to fix but I find the eyes are tricky to get right. I think she lacks character. Sometimes its the expression that sells the piece. Ah well its not all bad since my art did provoke that creepy feeling in you and a few others on facebook.

The background image and the 3D model are in contradiction to each other (Lighting and Camera Angle). She looks a bit Cross Eyed. The right Eye has a opening (with alot dark shadow) on the right side, maybe push the eyelids a bit closer to the eye on that area. The eyelashes are a bit too bushy (too much and maybe also abit too long) in some areas. The hair seems to throw no shadows on the skin (or atleast not enought). The Lips, Nose and the hair itself are looking pretty reasonable. The eyes are what i like most on the render :-). The Iris has some nice color variation and the transition to the pupil seems to be right. Also a good lense ontop of that (Comea is the right word i guess)

Oddly enough the eyes do look crossed even though the pupils are actually pointing outward. It must be the perspective camera creating this illusion.

i like the new previe Image. I my opinion it looks better then the old one. Now the Face has some character. The hair now looks like it's glittering (hairspray), but that's fine if you wanted it that way :-). So was your old Preview rendered in Orthographic View and now it's Perspective View or did you also reshaped some parts of the face? because it looks totally diffrent now. I guess i have to redownload it now, because it looks like it was really improved alot :-).

Mh seems there is something wrong. In the Description it says something about 3 blend files but i actually got only 2. 1 for BI and 1 Cycles. And the UV layout of the BI Model does not fit to one of the 2 textures. Also the BI and Cycles Model have some great diffrences (facial shape and hair). I prefer the SHape of the BI Model. I'm sorry to tell you that none of them both work properly. The BI version gives me a some kind of a african type of female as result and the cycles version gives me a pink head. i am not so much familiar with the nodes editor of cycles but i guess there is something linked in the wrong way.

A pink model is probably due to an openGL error or a missing texture (opengl is not enabled in this case). Just go into the node editor and reset the texture.

The original mesh looked nice but I needed to retopologise the jawline plus I reshaped the eyes. Im still having trouble getting the skin to look right. Try my best to make the sss work so that it doesn look waxy or over saturated in areas and under saturated in others.

Sorry I forgot to add the zombie version. Not to worry I will add it in the next update.

Updated! I made several updates to the hair, skin and topology and most importantly I have added a simple rig with constraints. She looks much better now. Anyway, I'm done with this mesh. Time to move on to bigger things. Thanks guys for the help.
