This is my current theme. I call it muffin. I started this one using 2.66a but have since ported it to 2.67. With all the bells and whistles in my Windows 7 properties set up for appearance and using the Windows 7 pumpkin color scheme it looks really great! It's probably not perfect yet (what is?), but all the hard work's been done. I've been using it. Enjoy!

Written June 01, 2013You are probably opening the wrong startup.blend file. I suggest that you download the zip archive into your download directory then extract startup.blend to the directory of your choice. When you then load that startup.blend, you will see the screen as it is displayed in our preview. Then, simply name and save the theme from the Themes tab in User Preferences by pressing the + button next to the mini-file manager in the top left corner of the panel. Thereafter, you can load the muffin theme for whatever project you have opened up in Blender. When you save your work, the theme will be saved along with it.

Written June 14, 2013I download this zip and unzip to desktop. I open the file and get your preview as far as layout goes, but color is still my default theme. Any ideas?

Written June 04, 2013Look for the latest muffin_theme.blend file when it passes scrutiny. It's almost complete.

I am using 2.67b and when I open the file my default theme opens. How do I get muffin to open up as my default theme .
