Description:

I have been learning Blender for 6 months now and I am modeling my first serious vehicle and I needed LED's for headlights. So I quickly made a few and was quite pleased with the result. So I'm sharing it.

I used the blender render and indirect lighting and the scene takes quite a long time to render.

There aren't any textures in this blend, there are only materials.

Sorry for my bad English... I'm not a native speaker ;)

    Model looks good.

Glass in the Blender is nightmare, try the yafaray if you have CPU ~3.5Ghz or Cycles if you have Good GPU ~ 80$

And You can use some reference about the light ;) http://images.sciencedaily.com/2008/12/081217074908-large.jpg

Hum... My poor laptop is not designed for the 3D design with his 2.3GHz CPU and 40$ GPU! - -' But thanks for the tip and the image! :)

So with that hardware I propose Yafaray, You'll render the same glass 50 time faster than in Blender.

    Faucon; Thanks for sharing.

Don't worry about your English, it's fine. Since you are using the French word for Falcon, I assume you are French or French Canadian.

When speaking a second language, the goal is to be understood; and no one is going to have a problem understanding you.

I look forward to your next model.

Nice models , In cycles i'm certainly obliged to reimplement the materials ;)
