nice clear mesh I like it, but you could improve ur model for more details such as tyres or more detail rims

I've got a question how is that possible to change ur UI as it is shown on blendercookie or on your screenshots on your website?

i'm assuming you mean the color scheme?
its quite easy to do, method 1(a bit tedious): go to "user prefrences" and then "themes" ... here with some patience you can tweak every color i the Blender ui.
method2(really easy): one blendernation or other such sites, people routinely post their themes eg: the one i'm using is from Studio LLB get it here http://www.blendernation.com/2012/03/13/blender-theme-energy/
