I designed this chair and decided to share it.

It does not have micro details, and it still has mirror and subsurf modifiers unapplied sou you can easily customise it. Parts of the mesh corresponding to fabric are all separated in two sub-meshes, this was done to easily create the fabric textured seams and to facilitate unwrapping and texturing.
